Returns & Exchanges
At Laureat, each piece is crafted with precision and care. Should you wish to return an item, we offer a 30-day return privilege, beginning from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility for Return
Returned items must meet the following conditions to be accepted by our Quality Assurance team:
- ✦ In original, unworn condition.
- ✦ Accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
- ✦ Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, including micro-scratches, resizing marks, or metal deformation.
Personalized Creations
Engraved pieces, personalized and custom-designed creations (including name and initial jewelry) are final sale. These pieces are uniquely crafted and cannot be restocked.
Modifications
Items that have been resized are not eligible for return. Items modified by a third party other than Laureat (resized, engraved, or otherwise) are not eligible.
Return Authorization
Request
All returns must be approved in advance via our support page.
Authorization
You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) valid for 7 days.
Dispatch
Ship within the 7-day window. Unauthorised packages will not be accepted.
Shipping Your Return
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we'll provide a complimentary prepaid UPS return label for a hassle-free return.
In all other cases (size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and full insurance. Laureat is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Required: All returns must be shipped fully insured for the full purchase value.
Refunds
Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team inspects each piece (up to 7 business days). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow one billing cycle for the credit to appear.
Exchanges
Laureat does not offer direct product exchanges. We invite you to return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired piece at your convenience.
