Warranty Coverage
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.

7 days from delivery for defects
What is not covered:
- ✕ Stones: Lost, chipped, or damaged diamonds or gemstones, including setting failure or impact damage.
- ✕ Wear & Tear: Normal scratches, dents, metal thinning, prong wear, or bending.
- ✕ Misuse: Damage from chemicals, extreme temperatures, or improper handling.
- ✕ Nature: Variations in color or natural inclusions of the materials.
- ✕ Loss: Theft, loss, or mysterious disappearance.
Ring Resizing
Complimentary Service
One complimentary resizing within 14 days of delivery for:
- • Non-engraved rings
- • Non-custom designs
- • First-time resizing only
*Resizing is limited to two sizes up or down, where design permits.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for complimentary resizing:
- • Engraved or personalized pieces
- • Eternity bands & specific materials
- • Custom bespoke creations
Outside these conditions, resizing may be offered as a paid service.
Conditions & Exclusions
• Warranty is non-transferable (original purchaser only).
• Third-party modifications or repairs void all warranties.
• Laureat holds sole discretion in determining manufacturing defects vs. wear-and-tear.
Service Shipping
Clients are responsible for shipping and insurance costs for all services. Laureat is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If a defect is verified, we may provide a prepaid insured label at our discretion.
